Lipstreet Lab, the author of this policy, implements processing activities involving personal data.
The sections below explain how such data is collected and how it is used. The personal data collected varies depending on how the services are used. Personal data collected or held is either provided directly by the individual browsing the website, obtained from third parties, or collected through activity on the website and the use of its services.

The use of data as described above is authorized by applicable personal data protection regulations. In most cases, this processing for commercial prospecting purposes is based on the legitimate interest of Lipstreet Lab.
Furthermore, where individuals have provided their consent directly to partners of Lipstreet Lab (such as insurance companies, comparison websites, social media platforms, marketing agencies and affiliate platforms, search engines, online real estate listing websites, without this list being exhaustive), Lipstreet Lab may receive their personal data. In such cases, Lipstreet Lab may use this information to promote its services under the conditions described above.
3 – Online questionnaire
The following information is collected and processed: IP address, postal code, landline and/or mobile phone number, and, where applicable, any information provided in the online questionnaire.
This information is used solely to contact the individual who completed the questionnaire and to offer an exchange or an appointment with an authorized representative of Lipstreet Lab in order to establish a personalized, non-binding quotation and ensure follow-up after the initial contact. Contact will be made by phone and/or email.
Data collected through the completed online questionnaire is retained for a maximum period of three (3) years.
This processing is authorized by applicable personal data protection regulations and is based on the consent of the data subject.
4 – Use of the website
The Lipstreet Lab website uses cookies to improve navigation and user experience. prospecting, production, management, and follow-up of client requests and files,
drafting documents on behalf of clients;
▪ and for compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, when processing is carried out for the purposes of:
prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing and combating corruption,
invoicing,
accounting,
all information necessary for these purposes may be collected and processed.
This information is used to fulfill purposes related to the requested services.
Such processing is authorized by applicable personal data protection regulations and is based either on the contractual relationship between the data subject and Lipstreet Lab or on legitimate interest. Unless otherwise stated, the information mentioned above is required to fulfill contractual obligations.
6 – Data retention
Personal data is retained for the purposes described in this policy.
Unless otherwise stated in the sections above, data is retained for as long as the data subject maintains a contractual relationship with Lipstreet Lab.
In the event of termination of the contractual relationship, at the end of the requested service, and where there is no other reason to continue processing, the information will be retained for the periods necessary to comply with legal and statutory obligations, including contractual, accounting, and tax requirements, or where applicable, to handle any claims or requests related to the services provided.
Client personal data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship plus three (3) years for communication and prospecting purposes, without prejudice to statutory retention obligations or limitation periods. For anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing purposes, data is retained for five (5) years after the end of the relationship with Lipstreet Lab.
